Laurent Rouach
CEO, Engineer
Founded several engineering consultancies focusing on construction and specialising in project management, safety and environmental issues in Luxembourg, Belgium (Brussels) and France (East). Founded the first engineering consultancy specialising in sustainable development in Luxembourg. where he gained strong experience in environmental certification of buildings (Breeam, DGNB, HQE), and carbon emissions management. Laurent then headed up the RE Sustainability practice at PwC Luxembourg and participated to various activities from ESG strategy deployment at a RE funds level, to GRI sustainable reporting. With Eliacin, Laurent became an expert in the Proptech field as investor and advisor. Regular speaker and writer. Founder of LuxPropTech, the Luxembourg association of PropTech.
